If you didn't get a chance to go see all the great bands at the Vans Warped Tour last Friday, you definitely heard it if you were anywhere close to Woodward, downtown.

The 13th annual day-long concert of over 30 bands, is the longest running tour festival in the U.S. and it hit Detroit's Comerica Park. We were there with cameras to capture it.

Going strong and more diverse than ever, bands Story of The Year, Angels and Airwaves and The Lordz, mixed well with pop sensation Katy Perry, which made the thousands of fans happy with the musical variety that filled the scorched, jam-packed day.

Normally, rock bands stick with the casual torn-up jeans and a t-shirt. This didn't change at the Warped Tour, but still didn't stop the crowd from showing off their custom-made graphic tees, designer sunglasses and hemp bags.

Lots of businesses and bands set-up shop to sell their different styles of purses, hundreds of different kinds of sunglasses and, of course, bands t-shirts and hats. Many different people came out, rocking their own styles.

We chatted with Against Me, Angels and Airwaves, From First to Last, the Pinkertones and many, many more to get the latest and talk about the tour.

Angels and Airwaves (AVA) was not so easy to schedule an interview with, but as Tom Delonge, AVA's lead singer (formally from Blink 182) passed by, we couldn't resist but to talk with him. From this we found more insight to their multimedia project, which has details about the formation of AVA and the split of Blink 182. The band felt that the art of music should be more than just songs, which was one of the main reasons they committed to the DVD called "Start The Machine."

Andrew, from the band Against Me, talked about the band's taking part in Rock The Vote, being on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with Conan O Brien, and of course the Americans Abroad album.

The big topic for the band Story of the Year was the fact that they are well-known by many for their great stage performances. Many figured that they're performances are choreographed, turns out that they taught themselves. So next time when you see Story of The Year live, don't be surprised when they start doing back-flips or even throwing their guitars around.

The band Alberlin confirmed the infamous claims about being Christian-rock group. The Pinker Tones talked about what it's like being European, from Spain, and being an American rocker.

All these interviews and more can be seen right here on the video!
